YOUR HOME FINDING PROCESS
Finding and buying a home typically
includes many of the following elements. I will be your resource and guide
every step of the way
1. Initial Consultation
During our initial consultation, I will be able to assess your needs so I can help you find the home that fits what you are looking for.
2. Finding the Right Home
New properties come on the market every day. I will use the information you provide during our initial consultation to notify you of any property that fits what you are looking for
3. Obtaining Financing
Unless you are paying with cash, you will need to secure financing to be sure you can afford any home you would like to make an offer on. I work closely with several lenders who can help you find the right loan for your financial situation.
4. Preparing an Offer
As a licensed real estate professional, I have the skills needed to walk you through the process of submitting an offer and making sure everything is in order.
5. Agreement with Seller
I will work closely with the seller’s representative on your behalf as we negotiate the terms of the sale and come to an agreement.
6. Settlement Process
Once your offer is accepted, there are many time-sensitive decisions that need to be made. I will guide you through those decisions, and represent you at the closing when you take possession of your new home.
